The block is bounded by the streets O’Donnell, Doctor Esquerdo, Doctor Castello and Maiquez.

In this block are located the buildings associated with the Health and Social Security, which are the following: Ministry of Health and Social Security, Regional Health Service, Mother and Child Hospital and the already demolished Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Once demolished the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, the following works are performed:

– Construction of the new Mother and Child Hospital

– Demolition of modern extension of the Child Hospital

– Construction of private streets, parking and Campus

– Demolition of the Regional Health Service building

– Construction of new building of the Regional Health Service

– Refurbishment and expansion of the building of the Ministry of Health

– Refurbishment of the historic Child Hospital building
